Electronic Music on the Waterfront

Every year since 2006, the city of Cannes holds an increasingly popular event: The Electronic Beaches. This electronic music festival feet in the water on the beach is the famous Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Five evenings revolving around electronic music are distributed during the months of July and August. The concept of Electronic Beaches is to provide a maximum current of different electronic music at concerts made available to as many people with a low entry price (about € 8).

Concerts taking place on a beach, it is important for organizers to convey a message about the environmental and civic significance of this event. Much of the profits during these evenings are given to charities of Cannes and its surroundings.
