- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen and bath towels is available for an additional cost of 25 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests can bring their own.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.14 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 3.60 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
