- A fully refundable security deposit of 1.000 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is per packet available for an additional cost of 25 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.14 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 7.20 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
