A security deposit of 2000 EUR to 4000 EUR is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is required by cheque or by giving credit card details, but is not cashed at the bank, and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Payment by American Express will result in an additional fee.

The reservation is for residential use only. Any organisation of events is subject to authorisation and is subject to additional costs.
