Reception opening hours until 14/11/2015: every day from 08:00 to 20:00.
In July and August: 24 hours a day.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

From 10/04/2015 until 14/11/2015, the price includes: all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, bed linen, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes).

Also included:
- Admission to swimming pools, to playgrounds and sport complexes (except for tennis and archery)
- Daytime and evening entertainment programs

Also included for VIP apartments: beds made upon arrival.

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).

Please note the outdoor, heated and unheated swimming pools are open from April to November.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment at an extra cost, subject to availability. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.
