Services at an additional charge include electricity, end-of-stay cleaning (if not done by guest) and bed and bath linen.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Rental is possible but must be requested at the time the reservation is made. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
