You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

If you request the final cleaning on arrival, it will cost EUR 35.

A EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay. It will be reimbursed to you up to 15 days after departure.

Bed linen is not included in the room rate. It is however free for stays of 4 nights or more.
