Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages, returned max. 14 days later.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are required to rent, for an additional cost.
- The cost of the bed linen is 1,50 EUR p.p./night.
- The cost of the bath towels is 15 EUR p.p./stay.
- The cost of the kitchen linen is 5 EUR/stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,50 EUR/kWh (Nov-Apr) is not included in the room rate.

- You are allowed to bring max. 3 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
