Please note that a EUR 250 damages deposit for the studio or a EUR 300 for the one-bedroom apartment damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay.

Please note that a EUR 45 end-of-stay cleaning fee for the studio or a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee for the one-bedroom apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, but bed linen and towel rental is available at the property.
