- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is per packet available for an additional cost of 25 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 1.50 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 1.50 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.

- It is possible to rent a cot and a high chair for an additional cost of 15 EUR/stay.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 25 EUR/stay.
