Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. The deposit needs to be paid to the account of the home owner, 1 week prior to your arrival. The home owner will contact you for this.

- Please note that bed linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
