Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- Air conditioning is possible for an additional cost of 11 EUR/night.
