- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.


For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
