Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. (returned max. 14 days later)

- Please note that bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests needs to bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 20 EUR/stay.
- Kitchen linen is included in the price.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,20 EUR/kWh (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee (May-Sep) is included in the rental price.
