Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen and bath towels is available to rest for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p/stay
- Kitchen linen is included in the price.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,20 EUR/kWh (Oct-May) is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
