- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./stay. (package)
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. ( when you rent a linen package).

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,10 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
