Les Gorges de Pennafort
Les gorges de Pennafort is an incredible restaurant in an even more incredible setting! Located close to Callas in the middle of the Var Region, the Hôtellerie des Gorges de Pennafort is one of Provence’s unmissable highlights.
Chef Da Silva and his wife, who took over management in 1995, welcome you into their intricately furnished and sombre-hued restaurant, decorated with beautiful bright floral bouquets. Outside the lovely terrace is shaded by the welcoming cover of large lime trees and boasts views of the sumpteous Pennafort Gorges as its backdrop!
With time and a lot of talent, Philippe Da Silva has made this restaurant one of the most popular places to eat in the Var. The chef provides a rich, flavoursome and innovative cuisine. His foie gras and parmesan ravioli are so famous that they have become a must. His other great culinary creations include champagne and langoustines cannelloni, rack of lamb roast served with its own gravy and lobster and stuffed tomato salad with langoustines.
