The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome.

After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival.

For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 600 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that the local tax is not included to the room rate.

- Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.
