- A fully refundable security deposit of 600 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels is available to rest for an additional cost of 20 EUR p.p/stay

- Please note that the electricity fee of 15 EUR/night (Jan-Dec) is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
