Tip of the Day : 30 August

Stop saying yes to everyone

When you want to please everyone, you tend to say yes to everyone and you can eventually find youselves in difficulty. It is therefore better to change this habit.
When someone asks for something, the first reaction is to think before answering : you should consider all the consequences of your decision.
You can also have strict limits which should never be crossed and stick to it.
You must then learn how to say no : it does not offend people to tell them no. You can even start by saying no to people and while they are trying to change your mind by a series of arguments, you have time to think about what to do.
In making the decision, you can remember all the times you said yes, and what were the consequences.
The aim is not to say no to everything but to say yes only when you want to say yes and not because you do not dare to say no.
