Olive pot decorated with olives or sunflowers

Grossanes, salonenque, béruguette, tanche or pitcholine, we can find numerous varieties of olive in Provence. Certains are destined for the production of olive oil. Others are consumed simply or prepared with various aromatics or Provençal herbs. These olives are best preserved in the traditional recipient closed by a cork lid. In varnished earthenware, turned by hand from the clay in the region of Aubagne, it is a creation from the Atelier Innocenti.
